Email hello@timerjar.com for a correction, a privacy question, or a problem with a page. Include the URL you were on. A timer bug is easier to fix if you say which length, which browser, and what the digits did.
There is no support desk and no account to recover. If the page looks stale, reload it. If the theme or alarm seems stuck, clear site data for timerjar.com and those choices reset. Say which browser you used if the digits freeze or the alarm never plays.
Please do not send passwords or other people's personal data. The mailbox is for the site itself. Timerjar cannot time something for you, and it cannot see a countdown that lived only in your browser.
